Where's my pre-order?
Every pre-order gets a tracking link the day it leaves the warehouse. If the shipping window has passed and nothing's turned up, email orders@terrifit.com with your order number.
How do I cancel my membership?
Settings, then Membership, then Cancel. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and your data stays yours.
Can I return a band?
You've got thirty days, no questions asked, as long as it comes back in one piece. We pay for return shipping everywhere we ship to.
I applied to coach and heard nothing.
